Mr. Hashim Raza, CEO SMEDA and Dr. Shehbaz Ali Khan, Environmental Specialist PSIC visited FPCCI and held a meeting with Muhammad Nadeem Qureshi, Regional Chairman/VP FPCCI at FPCCI Regional Office Lahore. Ms. Riffat Malik, VP FPCCI, Sheikh Sajjad Afzal, Convener Committee on SME, Sh. Fayyaz Ahmed, Mr. Shouban Akhtar, Mr. Tariq Mehmood, Mr. Irfan Ahmed, Kh. Tariq, Rana Muhammad Nadeem, Mr. Adnan Umar Sehgal, Malik Talat Sohail, Mr. Sarfaraz, Mr. Imran Butt, Malik Khalid and others also attended the meeting. Mr. Hashim Raza briefed the business community regarding new schemes of SMEDA and promised to address the business community's concerns. Muhammad Nadeem Qureshi said that The SME sector is the backbone of any economy. There is a need to give due attention to SMEs having the potential to improve GDP growth and create employment opportunities.
