The meeting was attended by Governor Punjab Sardar Saleem Haider Khan, President Mashhad Chamber Mohammad Reza Tavakkoli Zadeh, Former RC/VP FPCCI Mr. Abdul Rauf Mukhtar, and other key dignitaries.
Mr. Zaki Aijaz also delivered a detailed presentation to the Governor General and Iranian business community, highlighting opportunities for mutual trade and investment.
The aim of the meeting is to ensure bilateral exports of US dollars 10 billion between the two countries.

معزز اراکینِ کمیٹی، اور تمام معزز شرکاء،
السلام علیکم!

سب سے پہلے، میں محترمہ شبانہ فیصل کو ایف پی سی سی آئی پنجاب ریجنل اسٹینڈنگ کمیٹی برائے ''ایجوکیشن ٹرانسفارمیشن'' کی کنوینر مقرر ہونے پر مبارکباد پیش کرتا ہوں۔ یہ ایک نہایت اہم  ذمہ دارای ہے، اور ہم پرامید ہیں کہ ان کی قیادت میں یہ کمیٹی تعلیم کے شعبے میں مثبت تبدیلیاں لانے میں کامیاب ہوگی۔تعلیم کسی بھی قوم کی ترقی کی بنیاد ہوتی ہے۔ اگر ہم پاکستان کو ایک مضبوط معیشت بنانا چاہتے ہیں تو ہمیں اپنے تعلیمی نظام میں جدت اور بہتری لانے کی ضرورت ہے۔ آج کے اس اجلاس میں، ہم کمیٹی کے وژن، مشن اور روڈ میپ پر تبادلہ خیال کریں گے تاکہ ہم ایک واضح اور مؤثر حکمت عملی ترتیب دے سکیں۔

ایف پی سی سی آئی کا ہمیشہ سے یہ مؤقف رہا ہے کہ تعلیم اور کاروباری دنیا کے درمیان ایک مضبوط ربط قائم کیا جائے۔ ہماری نوجوان نسل کو صرف ڈگریوں تک محدود رکھنے کے بجائے انہیں عملی تربیت، انڈسٹری-اکیڈمیا لنکیج، اور جدید مارکیٹ کے تقاضوں سے ہم آہنگ کرنے کی ضرورت ہے۔میں محترمہ شبانہ فیصل اور ان کی ٹیم کو چند اہم نکات تجویز کرنا چاہوں گا تاکہ یہ کمیٹی اپنے مقاصد کو زیادہ مؤثر انداز میں حاصل کر سکے:

   انڈسٹری-اکیڈمیا لنکیج
    کمیٹی کو تعلیمی اداروں اور کاروباری صنعتوں کے درمیان روابط مضبوط کرنے کے لیے اقدامات کرنے چاہئیں۔ اس سلسلے میں یونیورسٹیوں کے ساتھ MoUs کیے جا سکتے ہیں تاکہ طلبہ کو انٹرنشپ اور عملی تربیت کے مواقع مل سکیں۔

    اسکل ڈیولپمنٹ پروگرامز
    جدید دور میں صرف تھیوری کی تعلیم کافی نہیں، بلکہ مارکیٹ میں قابلِ فروخت مہارتوں (skills) کی بھی ضرورت ہے۔ اس کمیٹی کو ٹی وی ای ٹی اے (TEVTA) اور دیگر متعلقہ اداروں کے ساتھ مل کر اسکل ڈیولپمنٹ پروگرامز شروع کرنے پر غور کرنا چاہیے۔

    ایجوکیشن پالیسی میں بہتری کے لیے تجاویز
    ایف پی سی سی آئی ایک اہم پلیٹ فارم ہے جو حکومت کو پالیسی تجاویز دے سکتا ہے۔ کمیٹی کو چاہیے کہ وہ کاروباری کمیونٹی، تعلیمی ماہرین، اور پالیسی میکرز کے ساتھ مشاورت کر کے ایسی سفارشات تیار کرے جو تعلیمی نظام کو زیادہ مؤثر بنا سکیں۔

    کاروباری افراد کے لیے ایگزیکٹیو لرننگ پروگرامز
    پاکستان میں کئی کاروباری افراد ایسے ہیں جو رسمی تعلیم سے محروم رہ گئے، لیکن کاروباری مہارت رکھتے ہیں۔ کمیٹی ایسے ایگزیکٹیو لرننگ پروگرامز متعارف کروا سکتی ہے جو ان کے لیے فائدہ مند ہوں۔

    تعلیم میں ڈیجیٹل ٹیکنالوجی کا فروغ
    ہمیں روایتی تعلیمی طریقوں کے ساتھ ساتھ ڈیجیٹل لرننگ اور ای لرننگ پلیٹ فارمز کو فروغ دینے کی ضرورت ہے۔ اس حوالے سے کمیٹی ایک تفصیلی حکمت عملی تیار کر سکتی ہے۔محترمہ شبانہ فیصل، آپ پر ایک بڑی ذمہ داری ہے، اور ہمیں یقین ہے کہ آپ اپنی صلاحیتوں کو بروئے کار لاتے ہوئے اس کمیٹی کو ایک فعال اور نتیجہ خیز پلیٹ فارم بنائیں گی۔

ایف پی سی سی آئی، ملک کے سب سے بڑے تجارتی اور صنعتی پلیٹ فارم کے طور پر، ہمیشہ تعلیمی ترقی اور انڈسٹری-اکیڈمیا لنکیج کو فروغ دینے کے لیے سرگرم رہا ہے۔ ہم چاہتے ہیں کہ ہمارے تعلیمی ادارے جدید ٹیکنالوجی اور مارکیٹ کی ضروریات کے مطابق اپنے نصاب کو اپ ڈیٹ کریں تاکہ طلبہ کو عملی میدان میں بہتر مواقع میسر آ سکیں۔

اس کمیٹی کے پلیٹ فارم سے، ہم پالیسی میکرز اور متعلقہ اداروں کے ساتھ مل کر تعلیمی معیار کو بہتر بنانے کے لیے اپنی تجاویز پیش کریں گے۔ ہم امید کرتے ہیں کہ اس پلیٹ فارم سے ایسے قابل عمل منصوبے ترتیب دیے جائیں گے جو پاکستان کے تعلیمی نظام کو جدید تقاضوں سے ہم آہنگ کر سکیں۔ ایف پی سی سی آئی آپ کے ساتھ مکمل تعاون کرے گا تاکہ ہم تعلیم کے میدان میں ایسی تبدیلیاں لا سکیں جو ہمارے ملک کی ترقی میں مددگار ثابت ہوں۔!

Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FPCCI) are proud to share the highlights from the Project Overview Meeting for the GIZ Women's Employment (WE) Project in collaboration with Women Chambers of Commerce and Industries.

This initiative focuses on enhancing women's employment opportunities in the textile and fashion industries, promoting equality, diversity, and leadership development through public-private dialogue forums, exchange platforms, and innovative competitions.

Key Highlights of the Event:
Remarks by Ms. Qurrat ul Ain, Vice President FPCCI on gender equity and inclusive policies for socio-economic growth.
Insights on German support for women’s employment in the textile sector.
🎉With funding from the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), support from the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH, and in cooperation with LCE - LUMS Centre for Entrepreneurship, They are amplifying efforts to empower women in their careers and leadership journeys.The newly launched Women Leadership Programme aims to provide women with essential leadership skills, including fostering entrepreneurial capabilities, enhancing communication skills, boosting financial literacy, gaining insights into industry trends, and nurturing leadership qualities such as team building, empathy, and embracing diversity.
Launch of the report: “Analysis of Data of Disability Assessment Boards Punjab”.
Panel Discussion: “Unfolding Various Facets of GBVH in the Workplace”.
Theatrical Performance: Creatively addressing workplace inclusivity and diversity challenges.

Collaboration for Impact:
The event emphasized a strategic roadmap for ongoing partnerships, actionable collaboration strategies, and continuous monitoring of milestones.

Women leaders play a pivotal role in driving economic growth and fostering entrepreneurship across Pakistan.
